The 2020 Stanley Cup Final will be like no other, with all games in Edmonton and no fans in the Rogers Place.
The official program for the series between the Dallas Stars and Tampa Bay Lightning will also enter new territory, as it will be available digitally for the first time.
All 158 pages of the official Stanley Cup Commemorative Program are now available online here.
In addition to reading stories on the Stars and Lightning, fans can watch videos, visit their favorite player’s social media page, check out player stats or shop for gear from the online program.
“We’re thrilled to continue the long-standing tradition of publishing the official Stanley Cup Commemorative Program this year in an engaging digital format,” NHL vice president, consumer products Dave McCarthy said. “Here fans will be entertained and provided valuable digital content from this unprecedented event!”
The Stanley Cup Final, being played in the Edmonton bubble due to concerns surrounding the coronavirus, begins with Game 1 on Saturday (7:30 p.m. ET; NBC, SN, CBC, TVAS).
The Stars, in the Cup Final for the first time since 2000, are looking for their second championship after winning the Cup in 1999. The Lightning, who lost the Cup Final the Chicago Blackhawks in 2015, are looking for their first title since 2004.
